Items purchased at "Herb" Philipson's stores or on HerbPhilipsons.com may be returned or exchanged in store at any “Herb” Philipson’s location or by mail if purchased online. All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of purchase with your sales receipt or packing slip. Returns and exchanges must be new and in original, undamaged packaging and contain all accessories, warranties, and manuals.
Please keep in mind the following factors when returning your item to “Herb” Philipson’s:
Returns and exchanges should be in new and original packaging, including all accessories, warranties, and manuals that came with the item.
Returns with a sales receipt or packing slip will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment.
Returns and exchanges without a sales receipt or packing slip will be offered store credit for the lowest sale price.
Purchases made in store or online can be returned to any “Herb” Philipson’s location. Items purchased online can also be returned via mail, and return shipping charges will apply.
Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Unfortunately, we are unable to return or exchange the following items:
“Herb” Philipson’s reserves the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges.
How to Return an Item
In Store Returns:
When returning an item purchased online to the store, please have all original packaging (including all accessories, warranties, and manuals), packing slip, and the credit card used for purchase.
Returns by Mail:
Please package items in original packaging, including all accessories, warranties, and manuals.
Remove all extra labels on outside of box from previous shipping.
Complete the Return Reason Form on the packing slip and enclose in the box.
Pay all shipping charges. "Herb" Philipson's does not accept packages sent as cash on delivery (C.O.D.).
Refunds may take anywhere from 10-15 Business Days to complete.

Returning Damaged or Defective Items

Returning Items under Warranty
Warranty paperwork is included in the packaging of many products or can be found on the manufacturer’s website. Often manufacturers request a direct contact from the customer on defects and warranties. Please refer to your owner’s manuals or item information for details.
